Diptyque offers complimentary returns within 30 days of purchase, provided items are in their original, unopened packaging. To ensure your satisfaction, each fragrance order includes a matching sample to test before opening the full-size bottle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Access the online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unopened product in its original shipping box and include the completed return form provided in your initial shipment.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our boutique warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
